Care & candle guidance
Use a flameless LED candle up to approximately 5 cm in diameter. Do not use an open flame. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep the acrylic panel away from abrasive cleaners.

Worth knowing: the artwork is printed on a flat light-transmitting panel. Its stained-glass depth is a visual effect, not raised glasswork. LED candle sold separately unless you select the Complete Glow Set.

Before your window arrives
Is this real stained glass?
No. It is a flat, light-transmitting acrylic art panel held in a wooden frame. The stained-glass look is a printed visual effect.
Does the candle come with it?
The Window Only option does not include a light. Choose the Complete Glow Set to add one Warm Flicker LED Candle.
Can I use a real flame?
We recommend flameless LED candles only. This gives you the warm glow without exposing the acrylic artwork or frame to an open flame.
Where does it look best?
On bookshelves, reading nooks, desks, mantels and bedside tables—especially where the light can reflect gently off a nearby wall.
